I grew up in So Cal, specifically LA. Born into a family of adventurous food eaters, my siblings and I were exposed early on to the wonderous world of international cuisine that was covering the emerging food landscape in Los Angeles. Not coincidentally, I was working in restaurants from the age of 15, until I left for university, where I continued to work in restaurants. Upon returning to LA I had the good fortune to work for some of the best chefs in the country over the next 25 years; diligently learning my craft, honing my culinary skills, and reaping the rewards of service with integrity.

After leaving what seemed a lifetime in the kitchen, I was able to find a home at Rocker Bros., a like-minded ‘family’ of people committed to the greatest quality products and utmost service for their clients. For the past 15 years, I have been able to bring my past kitchen experience to bear when coordinating with chefs on their menus and specific dishes, often offering options they may not have been aware of, be it a certain cut, custom packing, or alternative prices. I strive to be both a partner and a useful kitchen tool with all of my clients and chefs.
