Ryan Grable

Ryan Grable joined Rocker Brothers Meat & Provision, Inc. in 2016 as Credit and Receivables Manager, bringing with him a unique blend of experience in credit management and hands-on culinary operations. His role bridges the gap between finance and food, aligning his professional expertise with his personal passion.

A native of the East San Fernando Valley, Ryan’s early interests in food and music shaped his career path. He began in the music industry, managing credit and collections for Fernandes Guitars and Hiwatt Amplification, and later spent a decade as Credit Manager for Careismatic Brands—the global leader in medical and educational uniform manufacturing. During his tenure at Careismatic, Ryan pursued culinary studies, graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Pasadena, and eventually working back of house at Farmshop, where he was first introduced to Rocker Brothers.

Today, Ryan continues to merge his financial acumen with his love of food, partnering closely with the Rocker Brothers sales team and customers to ensure sustainable business relationships and fiscal responsibility. While he no longer cooks professionally, he remains passionate about food and enjoys cooking for family and friends. Outside of work, Ryan spends time with his wife and daughters, plays guitar in a band, and is an avid sports enthusiast.
